These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Soniet mobile application ("App") operated by Stanley Noel ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Soniet. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You must create an account to use Soniet. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
As Soniet is currently in a pre-release testing phase, you may be required to accept a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before accessing the App. The NDA is a legally binding agreement and its terms apply in addition to these Terms of Service.

Soniet uses artificial intelligence to generate responses. AI responses are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content. You should not rely on Soniet for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Soniet. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message or removing your number from the App.
Soniet uses AI-powered text-to-speech technology to generate spoken responses. All voices are AI-generated and do not represent real individuals.
The App, including its design, code, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Your use of Soniet is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Soniet at any time, with or without cause. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting us.
Soniet is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
